Made this blog to demonstrate my passion for Power-lifting and bodybuilding in general. Fitness and strength are a big part of my life. Coming from being overweight (210lbs) at 5'6 to cutting downto 140lbs, i know what it is like to take that long rigorous journey of weight loss and muscle gain. Anyhow hope to inspire, motivate and show cool stuff in addition to seeing the same from tumblr :) Im currently coming off a bulk (170lbs) and starting to cut for summer :)) BURY ALL :D!
Lastly im a firm believer in fitness by science and not "bro-science"and all the BS that the fitness industry tells people. There is a lot of misinformation out there so beware :O
